Happy Halloween!

Halloween is apparently this day where mom's and dad's get a kick out of putting their babies in huge, uncomfortable costumes so everyone can laugh when they see them.  Or at least that's what my 1st Halloween was for me!   I was dressed as a skunk.  I'm not sure what that is, but mom kept calling me a little stinker all day so I'm not sure I want to be a skunk again.

This is me and my new friend Caroline.  She was born 2 months after me and her parents put some ridiculous costume on her as well.  She was a hot dog and her mommy and daddy were ketchup and mustard.  Those Johnson's are a clever crew.

We went to a Halloween party at Molly's house.  It was a lot of fun!  In fact, it was so much fun that I didn't go to sleep until 1am when the party was winding down.  Here I am playing with Emily and a really old Charlotte Hornets toy.

Mommy was "Little White Lies" but no one cared about her costume.  I stole the show, as usual.
Halloween morning mommy & daddy woke me up really early to go to the Pumpkin Patch.  It was really cold out so mom dressed me in 3 layers.  Daddy was picking on her, but I sure was warm and comfy!  After picking out the perfect pumpkin, we had story time then went on a hayride!  I loved the hayride through the woods.  Here I am checking it all out with dad.
Mommy said to pick out a little pumpkin, but daddy went for the big guys.
Every Wednesday morning mom and I go to the Library for story time with my friends.  I love it!  I get to sing songs, read books, chat with lots of people and show off my newly learned skills to my friends.  Here we are a couple of days before Halloween.
This is my friend Daniel.  He's 3 months older than me and we have the best time when we hang out.  We get to see each other several times a week and we both get really excited.  When we first met I was just a newborn and he wasn't even sitting up yet....look how big we are now!
This is typically what I look like at Story Time.  I have a lot to say.
